The college level monitoring committee ensures the overall monitoring of the academic activities of the college. This committee came in to existence after the introduction of choice based credit and semester system by University of Kerala. The Department Level Monitoring Committee acts as a sub unit monitoring the activities at each department.

• Yearly planning of academic activities
• Ensures adherence to academic calendar of the University of Kerala
• Conduct of internal examinations
• monitoring of awarding continuous assessment marks
• Redressing grievances related to continuous assessment
• Allotment of Open courses.
