Participation of YIP students in AcSIR on 05/08/2026
Students from the Young Innovators Program from the Government Arts College Trivandrum successfully participated in the AcSIR(Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research), Societal Innovation Challenge of the NIIST (National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology) held at the CSIR -NIIST on 5/08/2026. This program offered a unique platform for students and researchers to showcase innovative ideas, technologies, prototypes, and solutions that address real-world societal challenges. The four-member team from GACT comprised of Vaishnavi (Dept. Of English), Faizan (Dept. Of English),Anaswara (Dept. Of Biotechnology), and Ajesh (Dept of Physics). They presented their idea and the prototype for a societal innovation project.
